Learning Objectives
In this course, participants will learn the essence of privacy engineering with a multi-disciplinary perspective, from law and technology to usability and business.
Participants will gain practical knowledge of privacy engineering principles and frameworks. They will learn the principles of privacy, data protection laws, privacy-by-design approach, privacy risk models, techniques in privacy designs and dark patterns, privacy enhancing technologies (PET), and privacy challenges from technologies development from surveillance to Internet of Things (IoT) to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
