An Evaluation of Dementia Friendly Communities Concept in Singapore

Implemented over 2 phases, this trend study investigates the early progress, outcomes and impacts of the DFSG initiative of Engage Empower and Enable in three study dementia-friendly communities.  Methodology includes qualitative and quantitative research with local stakeholders, persons living with dementia and carers as well as the development of a logic model/theory of change for baseline assessment of key outcomes.
