This project sets out to better understand commuter perceptions and acceptance towards autonomous vehicles, which would facilitate the adoption of those technologies into the Singapore public transport system and enhance the commuter experience. Together with the transport agencies a series of population surveys, interviews and focus groups were conducted with samples across all public transport user groups, including those currently underrepresented in our understanding of autonomous vehicle acceptance.
