RAS Travel Grant

The RAS Travel Grants, as part of the RAS Member Support Program, will provide additional funding to selected RAS student members to make travel to the conference more affordable.

Thanks to the generous support of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, applications for travel support are invited, to facilitate authors of accepted papers to travel to the conference. To be eligible, an applicant must be in one of the following two categories:

1. Student members of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society with accepted papers.
2. Members of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society with accepted papers, from developing countries as determined by the Developing Country Listing.

Important dates

• Application deadline: 31 October 2025
• Notification of award: 7 November 2025

Application process

To submit a RAS travel grant application, members must apply for this support through the application form here.

To complete an application, an applicant will be asked to provide basic information about themselves and their accepted paper(s).

Applications are reviewed on a competitive basis. In order to claim the travel grant of US$1500 recipients must provide proof of attendance (registration).
