Overview
This programme gives you a working proficiency in Claude, Anthropic’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant, and the capabilities available through a Pro subscription. Move from first principles — how Claude works, what it can and can’t reliably do — into hands-on practice with the tools you will use most: research, writing and content generation, and multi-step task delegation through Claude Cowork and early agentic workflows.
It also introduces Claude Code at a basic level, so non-technical attendees understand how developers on their team use it, while technical attendees get a guided first run. Throughout, we ground every capability in AI Fluency — a practical framework for using AI effectively, efficiently, ethically, and safely, so you leave not just knowing what Claude can do, but how to use it responsibly in your own work.
By the end, you will be able to confidently use Claude for real research and content tasks, understand when and how to delegate multi-step work, and apply sound judgment about where human oversight still matters.
