Overview
This course equips working professionals to apply generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) practically and responsibly in workplace contexts. Through facilitated discussions and hands-on activities, participants explore AI as a tool and collaborative teammate, build a contextualised AI assistant for a selected workflow, use AI for insights and decision support, and develop an AI-assisted prototype addressing a workplace problem or opportunity. The course emphasises human judgement, knowledge grounding, testing, guardrails, usability and feasibility.

Prerequisites
