Learning objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Explain the value, limitations and responsible use of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in workplace contexts.
- Differentiate between large language models, AI workflows and agentic AI, and select suitable approaches for workplace needs.
- Design, build and refine a contextualised AI assistant to support a selected workplace workflow.
- Use AI to generate insights and develop a workplace prototype, while evaluating outputs for accuracy, usability and feasibility.
