This course equips professionals with applied skills to design, build, and orchestrate autonomous Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents for workplace use cases. Learners will progress from foundational understanding of agentic systems to the practical creation of goal-oriented AI workflows using zero-code and low-code approaches.
The course focuses on enabling learners to move beyond static prompting towards agent-driven task execution, workflow automation, and responsible deployment of AI agents within organisational contexts, while addressing governance, safety, and human-in-the-loop considerations.
The tools used consist of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, SeaLion, DeepSeek, Notebook LM, Preplexity, Comet, Eleven Labs, Google AI Studio, Lovable dev.

Minimum entry requirements
- Diploma / GCE ‘A’ Level qualification or relevant work experience.
- No coding background required but should be comfortable using web-based AI tools, following guided hands-on exercises, and applying the learning to real workplace processes.
- Ideally have completed a basic GenAI, prompt engineering or related AI programme.
- Should also come prepared with one workplace workflow, process, or operational issue they want to explore.
