Clifford Tan is the Founder of Harvest Point Consulting and works as a Forward Deployed Engineer, helping organisations identify workflow bottlenecks, redesign operational processes, and deploy practical AI-enabled systems. He has over 25 years of experience across ERP, data warehousing, business process improvement, automation, and operational transformation.
His work focuses on helping SMEs and business teams move beyond tools and reports toward working systems that improve how work actually flows. Clifford’s current focus is on workflow-first AI adoption, agentic workflow design, and human-in-the-loop automation for real workplace use cases.
