Dr Jaclyn Lee

In her current role as Chief Human Resources Officer for Certisgroup, a leading security solutions provider with a global footprint and a workforce of 27,000, Dr Jaclyn Lee drives HR Strategy for the group and works alongside key stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Prior to joining Certisgroup, Jaclyn used to manage Human Resources, Faculty Administration, Organisational Development and Digital HR as Chief Human Resources Officer in SUTD for over 13 years. She has vast experience in Human Resources in various industries and this includes expertise in managing large and diverse workforces in the Asia Pacific Region. This was gained from her years spent in large MNCs and global companies.
Jaclyn has in recent years been advocating the use of Digital technologies for Employee Experience, and also educating the HR community on the use of Data Analytics for the HR Function. She is a frequent speaker in key conferences and sits in various national HR committees and workgroups. She has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Information Systems from University of Twente in the Netherlands, Master of Business from SMU, Master of HRM from Rutgers University and a BSc in Psychology from Brandon University in Canada.
Dr Jovina Ang

Dr Jovina Ang is a recognized leader and practitioner of change, communication and diversity and inclusion. She is also a global speaker, a board member of Kobieta Women and Business, Poland, and a mentor of the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE). And she has authored two books.
Previously, Dr Ang was an award winning corporate executive with more than 20 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies. She has transformed businesses, reinvented organizational culture, built world-class high performing teams, elevated employee engagement, and enhanced corporate reputation in market leading multinationals such as Microsoft, Dell and Cisco Systems.
Khoo Sock Ling
Adjunct Fellow at SUTD Academy
Sock Ling is a senior data, analytics and AI leader with more than 20 years of global and regional experience across healthcare, consumer goods, retail and technology. She has built and led high-performing regional teams, shaped enterprise strategies and delivered transformation across analytics, AI adoption, data governance and capability building.
She holds a Master of Technology in Enterprise Business Analytics, an MBA in Strategy and Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. As an ACLP-certified adult educator, she brings both leadership and practitioner perspectives into the classroom, helping learners connect data, analytics and AI concepts with real-world business challenges and implementation.
