Rachie Hui is the Founder and Director of Skill Frontiers, specialising in executive coaching, leadership development, organisational transformation, and responsible AI governance. With over 30 years of leadership experience in Singapore’s financial services sector, she previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Standards at the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF), where she led industry-wide skills development and capability-building initiatives. She is also an Adjunct Senior Fellow at SUTD Academy. Rachie partners organisations to strengthen leadership capabilities and organisational resilience in response to the increasing complexities and uncertainties arising from geopolitical shifts, rapid technological advancements, and the growing adoption of Artificial Intelligence. Her work helps leaders build adaptive, future-ready organisations while operationalising Generative AI ethically, effectively, and in alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
