Lead generation (Ongoing)
  • NAMIC’s initiative
  • Industry collaborator’s initiative
Engagement (Ongoing)
  • Meetings with NAMIC and industry collaborator
  • Identify problem statement, develop collaboration tracks, gauge business/economic impact
Matching
  • Identify NAMIC’s hub for collaboration
  • Develop and finalise joint proposal
  • Resource planning, finalise co-funding
Evaluation (4–8 weeks)
  • Proposal presented or circulated to PEP
  • Decision on proposals by PEP
  • Final decision communicated to the respective hub(s) & industry collaborator
Execution (6–24 months)
  • (Co)-Funding terms, deliverables and timelines negotiated and signed
  • Project execution, management and tracking
  • Reporting outcomes
Post-project completion (3–6 months)
  • IP generation and licensing
  • Productisation
  • Startups/Spin offs
