Wellbeing Tips
Tip 1: Know your limits - Health, both physical and mental, should be your top priority.
Tip 2: Take frequent breaks from study/work – Pick up a new skill and engage in activities you enjoy.
Tip 3: Make a conscious effort to be nice to yourself.
Tip 4: Laugh Out Loud (LOL) – Laughter can brighten your mood and helps relieve stress.
Tip 5: Feel good by doing good for others (e.g: volunteer and pledge to a good cause together).
Please be reminded to adhere to the safe distancing measures and current group size limit when carrying out the above activities.
