Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)

Criteria for Admission

Use this application form only if you are applying with the Malaysia STPM qualification.

You should apply with your overall STPM results. However, if you are only receiving your overall STPM results after the close of application, you may apply with your latest semester results. Shortlisted applicants will be required to take the SUTD University Entrance Examination (UEE). You may also submit SAT Subject Test scores in Mathematics Level II and Physics, if you have taken it before June 2021, to supplement your application.

Please upload the following documents in PDF format to the online application form. All supporting documents uploaded should be in English. Otherwise, they have to be accompanied by certified English translations.

  1. Passport particulars page (Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents must provide a scanned copy of their Singapore Identity Card. International students must submit their passport particulars page)

  2. Academic results 

    • SPM or Grade 10/junior high school equivalent examination results slips/transcripts

    • STPM overall results or latest semester results. Those applying with latest semester results, must submit the STPM overall results within 3 days following the official release date.

    • University academic transcripts (for current or former university student)

    • E1119, MUET or any other English Proficiency test score

  3. School or any other relevant testimonial(s)/recommendation letter(s) (optional)

  4. Supporting documents of your past experiences in leadership, involvement in relevant research/ internship/ entrepreneurship programmes, community service, and significant achievements that you consider to be most important (optional)
