Workshops
SUTD regularly organises workshops designed to give pre-university students a hands-on experience at technology and design.
The workshops may be conducted by our faculty members and/or student facilitators, and the themes, content and duration of the workshops may be tailored for different target audiences. Some examples include a Micro-Design Innovation experience, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Python Coding, Introduction to Architectural Design Techniques and more.
Join our mailing list or check our events page to sign up for our upcoming workshops.
Learning Journeys
We organise learning journeys for educators, students and parents who are interested to find out more about SUTD and what our undergraduate programme offers. A typical session is over 1.5 hours and includes a sharing followed by a campus tour.
For schools who wish to visit SUTD, please submit the registration form and our representatives will get in touch with you.
Mobile FabLab Deployment
We have our Fabrication Laboratory on wheels (FabLab Mobile) which can be equipped with various fabrication machineries and can be pulled on-site to support workshops or activities.
Past deployments include bringing equipment such as 3D printers and laser cutters on-site for demonstrations and sharing of student projects.
Campus Immersion Programme
The Campus Immersion Programme is specially designed for individuals and small groups (family members are welcomed). It comprises an information session with an Admissions officer and campus tour plus sharing by a University Ambassador (student).
In order to ensure that we have the resources to support your group visit, please submit your request to the Office of Admissions at least 4 weeks in advance of the planned campus visit date.
For school groups with more than 10 people, please submit a Learning Journey request instead.
