Part 1 explores the evolving AI landscape and its impact on the future of work. Participants will develop effective prompting techniques and learn how to apply AI to support recruitment, talent acquisition, employee communications, policy and document drafting, learning and development, content creation, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Through hands-on exercises, HR-focused case studies and guided practice, participants will gain confidence in evaluating AI-generated outputs, applying appropriate human oversight, and using AI responsibly in accordance with ethical and governance considerations.
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to confidently apply Generative AI to enhance productivity and effectiveness in their HR roles.
