This 2-day course introduces Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Augmented Systems Thinking, equipping participants with the capability to analyse complex organisational challenges by integrating Systems Thinking principles, Generative AI tools, and coaching-based reflection.
Through the ASIA-C Model, the course provides a structured framework for analysing complex situations, exploring alternative scenarios with AI support, and applying reflective inquiry to strengthen strategic judgement and decision making in dynamic and interconnected environments.

Who should attend
This programme is designed for professionals working in environments characterised by complexity, interdependence, and strategic uncertainty. Participants may come from a wide range of professional backgrounds including business leaders, engineers, technology professionals, strategy and innovation specialists, consultants, policy makers, project leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers, and academics.
The workshop welcomes participants from diverse industries who are interested in developing stronger systems thinking capabilities while exploring the potential of Generative Artificial Intellignece (AI) and coaching practices in decision making. No prior experience in Systems Thinking, AI, or coaching is required.
Minimum requirements
- Diploma or Degree qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3–5 years of working experience in a professional, managerial, or technical role.
- Basic familiarity with organizational decision-making, project work, or problem-solving in a workplace context.
- Basic digital literacy, including the ability to use common office productivity tools and online platforms.
- Openness to participate in interactive discussions, systems analysis exercises, and AI-assisted exploration activities.
