With more than three decades of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change, Daniel has taught and facilitated Systems Thinking programmes across the public and private sectors, working with organizations such as the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), Singapore Police Force, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Health, healthcare institutions, and numerous multinational corporations and private enterprises.
Drawing on his expertise in Systems Thinking, Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, and organizational transformation, Daniel enables leaders and teams to move beyond linear problem-solving to understand interdependencies, identify root causes, and develop sustainable solutions to complex challenges.
