2-week DGI programmes

The 2-week DGI programmes provide a longer overseas learning experience for undergraduate students to engage deeper with host institutions, organisations, and programme partners across Asia. Reflecting a stronger immersive intent of DIVE, these programmes typically involve more sustained engagement, collaboration, and applied learning.

The extended duration allows students to spend more time exploring industries, organisations, and cultural contexts while participating in more structured learning activities. This enables a deeper form of DIVE learning, where observation, collaboration, and application can develop more fully through the course of the programme.

Programme activities

Depending on the programme design, activities may include:

  • workshops organised by host universities or institutions
  • collaborative learning activities with students from partner institutions
  • project-based learning components
  • site visits to companies, start-ups, or organisations
  • discussions with professionals, entrepreneurs, or academics
Learning outputs

Students may produce outputs such as:

  • project presentations
  • concepts or solution ideas
  • project documentation or reports
  • reflections on your learning experiences

Outputs vary depending on the programme structure and partner institution.
